Visiting the salon

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to give you time to complete our consultation card. The card allows our therapists to customise your treatment for maximum benefit, and it will be reviewed each time you visit us.

It is advisable to book your next appointment before you leave, to ensure you get the date and time to suit you. We have chosen to use the finest professional products to complement our high level of service, to include Germaine De Capuccini Skin care, Creative Nail Design, Art Deco make-up, Shellac, and St Tropez Self Tan.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid having to charge you for the treatment. On entering the salon, please switch off your mobile phone.

Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount and they always make ideal presents. You don’t even need to call into the salon to purchase one, you can simply phone us and pay by credit card.

In conjunction with Calla aesthetics we can also offer non surgical treatments on a monthly basis, such as medical peels, dermal fillers and wrinkle reducers.
